Independent Store Personnel:
You can use
NAPA IDM
to retrieve a forgotten password, unlock your account, or change an existing password.
Please click on the desired option:

IMPORTANT: NAPA CONNECT, QLIK, and Pulse share the same User ID & Password. Please take this into consideration when updating your password with NAPA IDM.
To register for NAPA CONNECT, please contact your DC Admin Assistant or Sales Team. They will add you to their registered list and within 36 hours you will be emailed a username and password for NAPA CONNECT. Users who are already registered with Pulse still need to register for NAPA CONNECT separately through your DC Admin or Sales Team.

GPC/NAPA Employees:
Login with your Employee ID and password. To reset your password please call the Service Desk at 1-800-238-0428:
Select option 4 for PC & application support including password resets.
Then select option 1 for password resets.
